Artistic rehearsals, fitness, movement or fine arts classes and/or workshops, film shoots and corporate events are welcome to enjoy our beautiful space that features giant windows overlooking the West Toronto Railpath, large lobby areas and well maintained equipment.

Booking Details

  • General response time is 72-hours.

General Availability

  • Mondays to Fridays: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM and 8:30-10:00 PM, with rentals starting no later than 9:00 PM

  • Saturdays: 3:00 PM - 10:00 PM, with rentals starting no later than 6:00 PM

  • Sundays: 9:00 am - 10:00 PM, with rentals starting no later than 6:00 PM

Restrictions

  • TRAC is an inherently loud place and we do NOT suggest people rent the space for Yoga or Meditation.

  • We do not host Birthday parties, bridal showers or bachelorettes.

  • The use of drugs or alcohol is strictly prohibited.

  • NO outdoor shoes are to be worn within any of the studios.

Studio 1: $18.50* - $44 / Hour based on usage.
Studio 2: $18.50* - $33 / Hour based on usage.
Studio 3: $18.50* - $44 / Hour based on usage.
Studio 4: $18.50* - $33 / Hour based on usage.

* - Arts Workers Rehearsal Rates are only applicable for rentals where those that participate do NOT pay a fee.

Premiums
+ 15% for large equipment / film gear related to commercial film productions or corporate rentals.
