Railpath Arts Academy (RAA) is a boutique competitive dance team for children and teens interested in exploring long term fine arts training with frequent performance opportunities in Toronto’s West End. Students enroll in programming from 6-15 hours per week to build long lasting friendships, life skills, outstanding physical strength, artistry and awareness. RAA classes have exclusive access to specialized equipment, studio space and coaching support to further enhance their abilities through mentorship that supports their individual and collective development over time. RAA 1 + 2


The RAA 1 + 2 programs build excellent skills in dance technique and performance while teaching accountability, teamwork and goal setting.

Ages 5 to 7
RAA 1 - 5.25 hours per week
Acro, Ballet, Tap, and Jazz

Ages 8 to 10

RAA 2 Full Time - 9.25 hours per week
Acro, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, and Contemporary, Option to add Hip Hop

RAA 2 Part Time - 6-7 hours per week
Ballet, Jazz, and Hip Hop, Option to add Acro

All RAA students perform in the RAA Company Showcase (March), 4 Competitions (March, April and May) and Annual Recitals (June)

RAA 3 + 4

RAA 3 + 4 are intensive and artistically versed programs. The students train individually and as a team while working on their specific aspirations in dance. On top of their in-depth class programming, students are encouraged to take on leadership roles throughout the studio. Students interested in this program should be ready for serious training where dedication, passion, creativity, strength, physical ability, and eagerness are taught and practiced during weekly classes and multiple performances.

Ages 11 to 14

RAA 3 Full Time - 14.5 hours per week
Acro, Ballet, Tap, Jazz, Lyrical, Hip Hop, and Contemporary

RAA 3 Part Time - 6-7 hours per week
Ballet, Jazz, Lyrical, and Contemporary, Option to add Hip Hop or Acro

Ages 15 to 17

RAA 4 - 11 hours per week
Ballet, Contemporary, Jazz, Hip Hop, Conditioning, and Lyrical

All RAA Students perform in the RAA Company Showcase (March), 4 Competitions (March, April and May) and Annual Recitals (June)
