All Our Classes
TRAC classes are taught by industry-leading educators with professional stage experience and pedagogical training, ensuring your child receives the best instruction in a supportive and nurturing environment. Through our teacher developed curriculum, students will build fundamental skills in dance technique, musicality, and coordination while also growing in confidence and expressing their creativity.
All students perform in our June Recitals, showcasing their progress and celebrating their achievements in full costume on a large, local theatre stage!
Acro / Tumblers
Preschool and Kindergarten Tumblers is an introduction to Acro that nurture a child's physical development and creativity. These classes combine the joy of movement with the fundamentals of gymnastics and acrobatics in a safe and supportive environment. We introduce young students to basic acrobatic skills through across the floor activities that build strength, balance, flexibility, and coordination, setting the stage for future gymnastics and dance training.
Ballet
The magical world of Ballet and our special, creative classes are designed for children aged 3, 4, and 5. These classes offer a delightful blend of creativity, physical exploration, and imaginative play. Students will learn foundational dance steps such as marches, gallops, pliés, tendus, kicks, and skips, alongside spatial awareness and group patterning. They'll also integrate props like scarves, exploring artistic and age-appropriate themes.
Hip Hop / Kids Bop
Kids Bop classes, offered to students 4 years old and up, are in introduction to Hip Hop (also spelled Hip-Hop). Through age appropriate music and lively choreography, children learn basic moves that enhance coordination, rhythm, and body awareness while unleashing self-expression and uniqueness through confident poses, group improv, and sharing sessions.
Musical Theatre
Our Musical Theatre classes offer a fun and comprehensive introduction to singing, dancing, and acting all in one! In singing, children will learn basic vocal and performance techniques, discovering the joy of expressing themselves through music. For dancing, students focus on beginner-level dance moves, developing coordination, rhythm, and movement that complement the songs they learn. In acting, young students explore storytelling and character development, using their imagination to bring stories and improvisations to life in class and on stage. Musical Theatre is a real blast of energy and they participate in both the Winter Musical and the June Recital.
Jazz and Tap
Jazz and Tap classes are available for students aged 4 and up. Each class is filled with lively music and dynamic choreography to keep young dancers engaged and excited. Students learn a variety of steps, including skips, gallops, hops, leaps, partner steps, and techniques for maintaining rhythm. They also participate in call-and-response exercises, learning to step toe-heel or heel-toe using sound and power!
