Day Camps - Ages 6 to 13

Full day programs with a focus on performance and team building. Each week follows a theme which connects what students create throughout the morning, ending in a showcase performance on Friday.

Classes include: Jazz, Musical Theatre, Flexibility, Hip Hop, Acting, Vocal and Performance Prep as well as time dedicated to Talent Shows, Stage Craft and Creative Writing, Props and Costumes or Arts and Crafts based on age.

Acro Intensive - Ages 9 to 13

TRAC's ACRO INTENSIVE is coming back this July! Dive into tumbling, limbering, partner work, flexibility, and control in our highly physical training program. Each day will feature multiple teachers and skill sets, along with choreography to help students weave together their artistic expression and technical acheivements.

Throughout the week, participants will be grouped according to skill level and age, ensuring personalized attention and tailored instruction for every individual.

Prerequisites: Back or Front Walkover Assisted OR 1 or 2 of the following Unassisted: Stand to Bridge, Bridge Kickover, Bridge Recover, Handstand to Bridge

Competitive Dance Intensive - Ages 8 to 18

Aug 18 to 22, 2025

Each August our competitive team trains for 1 week to build skills, artistry and connection. Students will take a mix of Conditioning / Flexibility, Ballet, Commercial Jazz, Tap, Improvisation, Contemporary Dance, Floor Work, Composition and Acro throughout the week.

Prerequisites: Must be a current competitive dancer training at TRAC or elsewhere, or entering your first year of competitive dance at TRAC.
