TRAC offers PA Day, March Break and Summer Camps for kindergarten to grade 8 students along with Summer Intensives for pre-professional and competitive students, ages 8 to 18, training in dance, musical theatre and performing arts.

TRAC's first-ever ACRO INTENSIVE is coming this July! Dive into tumbling, limbering, partner work, flexibility, and control in our highly physical training program. Each day will feature multiple teachers and skill sets, along with choreography to help students weave together their artistic expression and technical achievements. Throughout the week, participants will be grouped according to skill level and age, ensuring personalized attention and tailored instruction for every individual.

Jul 2-5 from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Prerequisites: Back or Front Walkover Assisted OR 1 or 2 of the following Unassisted: Stand to Bridge, Bridge Kickover, Bridge Recover, Handstand to Bridge

Pricing: $400 + HST

Day Camps - Ages 6 to 9

Full day programs with a focus on performance and team building. Each week follows a theme which connects what students create throughout the morning, ending in a showcase performance on Friday.

Classes include: Jazz, Lyrical, Ballet, Creative Movement, Guided Improvisations, Musical Theatre, Flexibility, Hip Hop, Acting, Vocal and Performance Prep as well as time dedicated to Talent Shows, Stage Craft and Creative Writing, Props and Costumes or Arts and Crafts based on age.

Aug 12-16: Dance, Dance, Dance: Broadway Lights

Triple Threat Pre-Teen Intensive is a full day program with a focus on performance, creativity and skill building. Classes include Jazz, Musical Theatre, Flexibility, Acting, Vocal and Performance Prep as well as time dedicated to Visual Arts, Costuming and Set Creation with a Performance on Friday!

Dance and Musical Theatre Intensives - Ages 8 to 18

TRAC Intensives are a pre-professional learning environment for students who have been training consistently in dance, musical theatre, performing arts and related activities throughout their youth. All students will take conditioning and flexibility classes to start the day. Specialty classes are then divided into two streams: Dance and Musical Theatre.

Aug 19-23: Junior and Int/Sr Intensives.

Dance Stream: Ballet, Commercial Jazz, Tap, Improvisation, Contemporary Dance, Floor Work, Composition and Acro.

Musical Theatre Stream: Commercial Jazz, Tap, Vocal, Acting, Hip Hop and Composition.

All students who register for this intensive must currently train at the competitive level.
